We specialize in landscape design, installation and maintenance, working closely with clients on one, two or all three phases of their landscaping projects.
Does Issaquah Landscaping give free estimates? Do you charge for landscape design?
Many estimates can be offered free of charge. Prices for detailed drawings and landscape plans are agreed upon by the client and Issaquah Landscaping and vary depending on the scope of the project.
Can changes be made during the course of construction?
Changes to your project may be made by meeting with a representative of Issaquah Landscaping who will work with you to agree on the proposed alterations and the cost of any changes.
What type of maintenance plans do you offer?
We offer several full-service maintenance plan options – annual, bi-annual, quarterly, monthly or weekly clean-ups. Let us know what your needs are and we’ll get you the details.
What about containers and baskets?
We design, install, and maintain a variety of material, in a variety of containers. You set the parameters – you will love the results.
What if some of the plantings die or there is a problem after construction?
Although we can only offer a 30 day warranty on live plants, we work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with the landscaping project.
Is it possible to see a list of references and/or actual projects Issaquah Landscaping has completed?
Yes. We encourage prospective clients to see our work and contact our references.
What are your payment terms?
Once a proposal or estimate has been agreed upon, Issaquah Landscaping creates a contract. The contract will state the required deposit as well as the amounts and due dates of progress payments. Final payment is due on successful completion of the contracted work.
